Responsible Gaming

For ages 18 and over

Lottery games are prohibited for minors. If you are under 18, you may not open an account or play — neither online nor at a vendor.

Play for entertainment

The lottery is entertainment, not a way to earn a living or solve financial difficulties. Never play with money intended for rent, food, school or other essential needs.

Stay in control

Set yourself a budget and a time limit before playing, and keep to them. Take breaks. Never chase your losses by playing more.

Available tools

Your player account lets you set personal play limits. You may also request the limitation or closure of your account at any time by writing to nsltechhaiti@gmail.com — we handle these requests as a priority.

Need help?

If gambling takes too much space in your life, talk to someone you trust or to a health professional. You can also contact us: we can restrict access to your account immediately, with no conditions.
