The service

NSL TECH HAITI provides a technology platform for lottery (borlette) management. Each partner operates their own borlette under their own brand and responsibility; independent vendors sell directly under the NSL network.

Minimum age — 18

Gaming services are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over. Any account opened by a minor will be closed.

Accounts and access

The information you provide must be accurate. Online players may hold one account per person. Your access codes (PIN, password) are personal and secret: any transaction made with your codes binds you.

Game rules and results

Published results come from official sources and are double-verified before publication. Sales close automatically 10 minutes before each draw. Every ticket carries a unique code and a verification QR; winnings are calculated from the official results and the applicable payout table.

Payments

Each country has its own deposit and payment channels (for example MonCash, NatCash and Zelle in Haiti; Pix in Brazil; Interac in Canada). Winnings can be collected from any vendor in the NSL network or under the terms of your partner.

Cancellations

A vendor can neither modify nor delete a ticket. Any cancellation goes through a reasoned request before the draw closes; the amount remains frozen until the partner or NSL decides.

Liability and availability

NSL applies reasonable means to ensure service continuity and security, including offline selling with synchronization. In case of an obvious result error, the correction is made on the basis of the official sources.
