What is NSL Tech Haiti?
NSL Tech Haiti is a professional borlette (lottery) management platform for Haiti and the diaspora. Partners run their own lottery business — vendors, zones, supervisors, results and reports — on a single secure system operated by NSL.
What partner types are there?
There are two types: the Distributor Partner, who creates and supervises a network of borlettes under them, and the Operator Partner, who runs their own borlette without creating partners. Each partner has their own brand and logo.
What is an Independent Vendor (Vendeur Détaché)?
An Independent Vendor sells directly under NSL with their own VD code, a prepaid wallet (Mon Wallet) and an identity verified by NSL (KYC). They register on this site, without being attached to a partner.
In which countries is NSL available?
NSL covers Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the United States, Canada, France, Mexico, Chile and Brazil. Each country has its own currency, language and payment channels: MonCash, NatCash and Zelle in Haiti; bank transfer and card in the Dominican Republic; Zelle and Cash App in the United States; Interac in Canada; bank transfer and card in France; SPEI and OXXO in Mexico; bank transfer and Webpay in Chile; Pix in Brazil.
How are results published?
Results come from official sources and are double-verified before publication. The public results archive (New York, Florida, Georgia, Texas and others) is available free of charge on this site.
How do you play online with Bòlèt Mobil?
Players register online without identity documents and play immediately (Bòlèt Mobil). Identity is verified only when collecting winnings. Sales close automatically 10 minutes before each draw.
