Data we collect

To create and manage your account: name, phone, e-mail, country and address. For independent vendors, supervisors and partners, identity verification (KYC) is required: a photo of an official identity document, kept for account validation.

We also collect your activity on the platform (tickets, deposits, withdrawals, requests) and basic technical data (IP address, device type) for service security.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate the service: manage your account, process your transactions, verify results and payments, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.

Data sharing

Your transactions are visible to the partner (borlette) you play or sell under, within their scope. NSL shares your data with third parties only when required by law or to execute a payment you requested.

Security and retention

Passwords and PIN codes are stored in hashed form. Data access is restricted to authorized personnel, and every sensitive action leaves a trace in an audit log. Identity document photos are kept for as long as verification and compliance require.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, or the deletion of your account by writing to nsltechhaiti@gmail.com. We reply within a reasonable time.
